Refund policy

What is your return policy?
If you’re not satisfied your online purchase, you may return within 30 days of receipt for a refund. You can request a shipping return label by calling 518-581-1201 ext. 2130 between the hours of 9a-4p EST or by filling out our form HERE. Apparel items will not be eligible for a pre-paid shipping label. Items purchased online cannot be returned to a Stewart's Shop. 

The following items cannot be returned:
Stewart’s Shops My Money Cards and Stewart’s Gas Cards cannot be returned or redeemed for cash or credit except where required by law.

Please note that Holiday and limited-time-only collection items may have modified return policies.

Apparel Returns
You may return unworn, unwashed items within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange of the price of the product.

All returned items must be in the original condition in which they were received. Items that have been washed or worn cannot be returned or exchanged. If we determine that your item has been washed or worn, we reserve the right to deny your exchange/return.

Items must be returned via mail and cannot be returned to a Stewart’s Shop. When returning your items through the mail, you are responsible for any postage charges needed to send your items back. We are unable to provide a prepaid return label. 

Returns by mail may take up to 30 days to be processed once the package has arrived back to the return center. Please incude order # and mail returns to:

When will I receive my refund?

Refunds will take 1 – 7 days from Stewart’s Shops receiving your return for a credit to be issued. Refunds will be provided to the original form of payment for the purchase price of the item, including any applicable sales tax.

Can I exchange my item?
You cannot exchange your item. Most items returned in new condition within 30 days will be eligible for a refund.
